As Chief Operating Officer, Tony Schulte oversees all departments on the operations team at IntellaTriage, including Quality Assurance, Training and Education, Workforce Management, and the largest team of hospice and home health Triage Nurses nationwide, with over 250 nurses and growing. He plays a critical role in overseeing IntellaTriage’s day-to-day operations to ensure overall success by delivering the best patient and nurse experience twenty-four hours per day. The ongoing goal of Schulte’s team is to improve after-hours patient experience, increase field nurse satisfaction and retention, and help clients grow and scale while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Tony resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife and four children. With one on their own and two in college, Tony spends his time cheering his youngest daughter in volleyball and basketball. He enjoys good competition and is the current reigning champion or runner-up of all four contests at his Annual Community Picnic.
